All respected contractors are hereby informed that in the e-Auction system, each new bid can be a maximum of 10% higher than the previous bid. If you exceed this limit, the system will not accept your bid, and you will receive a message stating "Abnormal Bid." For example: If the current bid is Rs. 100,000, then your new bid can be up to Rs. 110,000 (i.e., a 10% increase) at most. If you wish to place a bid higher than Rs. 110,000, you must again increase the bid by up to 10% from the last accepted bid. This process can be repeated until the auction ends.
